Best feeling when you forget Ana posts on Sunday and randomly check TH-cam to see a video from her ahhh
if you go to the Lake District and you don't go walking then you're a crazyyyyy person, the most beautiful views were missed.
The gratitude journal thing I did with a client of mine who had depression and suicidal thoughts. And it really helped him. Everyday we sat down, he wrote down three things he enjoyed in the day and the feeling it gave him, and after two weeks or so he was so much happier!
The amounts of laughs I feel like I’m about to have this next half hour 😂 keep it up beautiful!! ♾
