In the optical section (16:35 ) mam you are said about anterior chamber and you're directly went to lens part. So here i have one doubt that where is posterior chamber went.! This is my doubt. Pls clear my doubt mam.
the posterior chamber is situated behind the iris. It is a very tiny space and difficult to see on a slit lamp. Moreover we usually dilate the patient when examining. At that time the iris moves away so we basically get to view the lens directly.
