Catchy, well performed, and it's a part of me since it had followed me for over 30 years. When that day came, that song shall be played at my funeral since it's a favourite but also the only lifetime song I have!

Bad taste was given to me as child for a present by my crazy uncle. My cousins and i nicknamed the movie "gross and funny". It influinced my childhood in the best ways possible. I absolutely idolized the cast and thought ozzy and frank were the most bad ass dudes that ever lived. Its a real trip to know i was right about mike mimmet singing the closing song.. I remember way way back watching this magic wee film, loved everything about it, how maniacal and totally bonkers it was, then this tune came on at the end, and it blew my mind, I knew right away, hold on, that sounds like Mike singing this, and I rigged up my video recorder to my midi hifi and recorded it, and listened to it constantly, lyrics are superb AND still relevant to this day, uplifting and true, love everything about it, being a drummer myself, I just loved the drums on this so much, brilliant, and here I am, back listening to it, and it's one of those songs you can listen too, and then go straight back and listen to again, and never ever get fed up with it, it's a banger of a song, in its own right, thanks Mike for creating such a cracking piece of music, you blew the doors off my friend, and I hope you read this and know, that this dude from a tiny town in Scotland called Greenock still loves it to this day, 1987 was a long time ago, but this tune is timeless man, all the best to you mate, and yours, I shall sign off with a sincere high five to you, be safe, and take care, peace out. This tune is incredible! A long time ago, I duped it from a VHS because I couldn't find it anywhere on mp3 or CD and desperately wanted to be able to listen to it all the time, sometimes over and over. It's is a truly DELICIOUS piece of music.

I just watched the movie... I was floored by how great the special effects are, considering the film cost less than $300k... just shows how big the talents of the cast and crew are. Plus, love the song... more talent :)
This was always my favorite I discovered this masterpiece in 2017 it kind of sucks it never got a sequel I can see why especially how Peter Jackson is super successful nowadays with this lord of the ring movies some people kind of forgot or even dont know this movie exist kind Including meet the feebles and brain dead aka dead alive these movies were his big start and I loved all of them they have great comedy,great plots,great action,and great scores
@MrDlenrek No sorry mate, it was filmed on a High8 tape and copied over through Windows Movie Maker.. I might still have the original tape, but I no longer have a High8 camera to capture it again. I also have a VHS tape of the band playing, then Madlight come on and start playing at a pub.

Because clearly in the video I can see an old photo with who I suppose is the drummer of the band, and in that photo we can see in the background a giant canvas with "Remnantz" written with spray ... but in the original credits the band it's called "Remnants". Name change? Copyright problems? I'm a fan too so fan people forgive me my ignorance, but I can't find the answer anywhere, and I think the situation is crucial for humanity. Not just for Auckland.

@@xavierbj lol nah he ain't dead (or atleast wasn't when this was filmed), he just lived too far out and this was just kind of mucking around.
It's playback, you can tell because the audio on the sound is identical to the known record.
Suman, my best mate, died. So we got John from a band called Madlight to drum for us......John was an amazing drummer.
MadLight was Terry Potters band who we open for a few times.

Maybe it's because most of the games related to movies suck! But you're right! I would have played that game even if it was crappy as hell! I even played Judge Dredd!!!
You got higher quality footage of this? Or the rushes lying around? Would like to remaster it if so. Or you should upload higher quality
Sorry, it was filmed on a High8 tape. I think it could look better if it was digitized again, but I don't think I have the tape anymore. Really wished I did a better job, but I was just a kid when I did this.
