Love your videos sir. Coming from a police officer who started off doing jits, I’ve focused now on wrestling and always being on top. Thank you for your great videos. Hope to visit one day before I die. I’m an old man ow 46 but still love to train. God bless

Is this similar movement to the head opposite side double you teach, but instead of locking around the butt, in this video, your getting the body lock?
I just want to make sure. I like head inside takedowns. Head up back straight, hips in for head outside is great but the head inside feels really natural off the 1-2. (Using the jab step as the penetration step, lower my level on the cross as the head splits the body, carrying the momentum for my back leg to step around his leg/thigh, using my head against his chest, pushing him over the leg for the takedown.
Am I missing anything? Want to make sure I’m drilling this takedown and head opposite side double correctly.
    Thank you!

More somewhat basic takedowns for mma. I’m just starting to really get into wrestling/grappling after competing and training in Muay Thai for over a decade so all of this helps my ground a lot.
