Love that sound, I told one of my neighbours not to use the patio attachment on his car, he said i dont know what I'm talking about, ( I clean most of my neighbours cars, ) 10 mins later he removes the lacker layer on his bonnet 😀, maybe next time he will listen, now his car is in the body shop being resprayed. Great video as always keep safe.
Cracking video Dave, I work on a farm and always struggle washing the kit, if you could show us how you would clean a tractor it would be well received in the agricultural community
Farm machinery is something I’d love t on venture into especially being surround by farms and having ample space here, this is deffo one of your best videos I’ve watched, this was awesome, I’d imagine farmers rarely get chance to clean their machines and likely only clean them if selling 🤷♂️🚜
For thick grease or even general cleaning bilt hamber surfex HD absolutely blows any tyre of citrus wash I've used out the water. Fantastic video as always
Great video that Dave, lovely sound as well. So true about using pre wash in a pump sprayer. Got carried away on my mountain bike and used about a litre of it.
Thanks mate. It's because of the science that goes into it. the consistency of the foam that comes out, the fact that cheap cannons use way too much product quickly and this one makes the foam last longer and go further ultimately saving you money on chemical. so people have 2 choices: Go for cheap cannon and spend more on chemical VS spending more on canon with less outgoings on chemical.
@@epicautomotivedetailing - I know how big they are, especially the pea combine harvester... Masssssssssssive! 😎 I used to work with a John Deere 4755 - absolutely loved it! 🤩 And now I’m driving double deckers - they are a bit big too! 🤩
Thanks mate. I said that in the video before I started the foam process. It's important for me as a valeter to show the cleaning power of the products under the harshest of surface conditions 👌 thanks for watching 🙏
Ah yes, that sound, and I'm not a detailor. I have quite a few machines like that on the farm where I am based, that could do with that sort of treatment, but I'm not sure that farmer Dave would want to pay. Maybe one of your wealthy clients might let you wash their helicopter or private jet ! Detailing a private jet !! that would be an epic video
Very good and funny as ever Dave. I got some Yum Citrus but that would cost you a fortune to use that all the time. Think I would of turned down that job. Far too big mate. What do you think of the K7 Compact? Nice one again mate. You got a new Dog yet?
I e been cleaning tractors and plant for years! Imo all the chemicals used on the first wash were absolutely money down the drain. The pressure washer would have gotten the same result for the initial wash, great video though 👍🏻
Hiya mate thanks for watching I did say in the video that I chose to use the chemicals instead first to show viewers cleaning power of the chemicals. If I rinsed it first then it wouldn't give the viewer a true reflection of snow foam 👌🙏
@@epicautomotivedetailing I didn’t mean to sound rude! In the past I’ve got great results this way so top job 👍🏻 looking forward to seeing more videos 👌🏻👍🏻
Dave what did you use on the tyres 5 litres of tyre gel …..hope it was long lasting ( joking 😂) great vid …… but bollocks doing them regularly ☕️…….just to throw one in the mix got a client split 5 litres of Emulsion paint in the back of a Merc…… I told her to do one,32 years of experience tells me I’m not looking for that kind of work…… maybe you should do a vid on that if ones pops up……very interested if you would take said job on cheers mark ✌️
Cool video as always. I’m in need of a bit of advice. I may have the possibility of valeting a couple of high end cars. A Ferrari and Lamborghini. I need to give a quote. Do I charge more than my standard price? And how much would be fair and good price?
Great Vid Dave Out of interest how long did it take you And how much did you charge ? I priced a Job the other day for a Massey Ferguson 5455 full valet £150 and he said I was too expensive 🙄
@@epicautomotivedetailing Exactly what I thought,Just told him to go back to the last guy that cleaned it 😂👍🏼Great to see you doing something different Brilliant
Varies mate I think you need to allocate a good days work to get one done. The idea of charging hourly can suit some clients better. Get yourself a full days rate at least £200 to make sure you bring something home
TFR with wax and a good pressure washer would do the job in under a hr, Karcher pressure washers are not that good to last very long. Yellow plastic ones are domestic, half a lt of TFR would be plenty for a machine that size put though injection system on washer. Oil an grease just washes off .
Thank you. The thing is mtm spend millions developing a cannon to make it the best in the world. It's bonkers what companies spend. Most cannons are manufactured by the same company. Mind you I don't know where Autoglym are produced but will be ordering one soon
