Those fried grasshoppers looked yummy, bro. You popped them in your mouth as if they were popcorn. LOL

+Cambodian American They are not as good as in Pnnom Penh I found. Now I know why they always sample before they buy. They refried them so not much meat left. It's best if you get them when they fry the first time.

The white van that you're using for traveling, did you rented or is it from one of your family member? Thanks

can you tell me how much was the rental? and are you allow to drive, or they supply the driver too?

It depends how far you go, how many days. We spent about $300 or $400 for 4 or 5 days to remote areas that took 6-7 hrs to drive there. They drive, not you. You can rent and drive your own car or van also, but we need the driver because he knows where to go. He knows how to deal with the police corruption on the roads.

If you split the costs with friends from abroad, it's not bad, a hundred each maybe, better than taking the buses :). My wife paid 100% for her relatives. One year we travelled with my little brother and his wife, he would help us a $100 each time.

Can you break it down for me please? Rental per day? week? do they ask for ID, and coverage (insurance, if there's any?). I know their system is kinda broken, just wondering. thanks again.
