Although I genuinely don’t care about peoples personal lives. And I tend to avoid reading about or thinking about stuff like that, I believe that they were lovers for a while. The way they kiss (usually with a lot of tongue and that’s a huge taboo on TV and movies for actors), the way they look at each other, the way they interact. It makes it very difficult to think that they didn’t get it on at least a few times. I’m willing to bet that they all hooked up with each other quite regularly. They were young, good looking, and in proximity of one another. He also definitely hooked up with Eliza Dushku. This is not pushing any kind of agenda, or to say anything negative about them. Just a thought.

2nd favorite character, apart from Buffy of course 😂 I loved them when they were on screen they had chemistry together, season 2 is my favorite season.

I grew up watching Buffy. It was my favourite show from about the age of 11?! I bonded with people from all walks of life over it. To this day anyone who says they like Buffy I instantly know we will get on.
I'm currently stuck in a loop of watching video after video of interviews with Sarah Michelle Gellar or with costars talking about working with her on Buffy and it's all so AMAZINGLY positive. In this day and age it's so uplifting to learn that someone I've always looked up to and admired and tried to model myself over is actually an awesome human being, on screen and off 😊

I’m a Spike girl and Spuffy to the core. That said, it’s clear Sarah and David have a wonderful relationship and connection. Seemingly stronger than she and James had from interviews.

He's basically a walking trope in Buffy but on his show, he really becomes a full character. He's charming, he tells jokes, he has conficts
Angel was okay. I liked him fine in Buffy, I didn't like the Angel spinoff. Could never get into it. I didn't like a lot of other characters eiether. Buffy just had better characters, better storylines. In my opinion anyway. Different for everyone

There are a lot of behind the scenes pics that show them looking too comfortable, and Sarah giving looks that only a woman would give to a guy she's slept with.
So that's why most of the fanbase believes they secretly dated and hooked up while doing the show. Sarah's daughter has really dark brown hair, so I jokingly said in the comments, "Did David moonlight as a mailman years ago?" 😁

They’ve aged pretty well, but they’ve aged..
He said he would NOT return, but James would. I even wrote him and gave him an idea for the writers. Come to find out, a soul makes a Vampire age! Problem solved and no one knew because Angel and Spike were the first souled vampires, so only time revealed the aging :)

@@randomlibra that’s so cool. I actually had a idea for a reboot similar to Cobra Kai.. and I literally was saying that angel and spike both look good and didn’t age badly. They could do little cgi or touch work. Or I thought just like you saying the soul ages the vampire slowly. They could add it to the mythology. Great idea I hope it works out for you. I’ll send my reboot idea. But I heard Marsters say he thinks it’s too late to do anything now
@@randomlibra but my idea is similar to cobra Kai. How they got the characters from the movies we grew up. Then all the kids of today. I think that’s why that show worked. It wasn’t a crazy reboot with gender identity politics. It gave us who we like which made us get to know and like the new kids. With out the original characters I doubt the show would be good. And our generation usually doesnt except the new kids or care. Unless we get characters we liked too
