What an incredible layout, I especially love the Norfolk and western J class with those passenger cars, the postwar version is so hard to find at a good price.
Thanks! This is only a small portion of the layout that our club runs on...about 20%. The full layout is amazing and we put it together and run it once or twice a year. It is a modular layout that we set up at shows. We set up a smaller version of the layout about six or seven times a year. We have so many cools trains we run on it. Have I ever told you about my grandpa's train collection?
This was the trains how a few weeks back that I told you about in Princeton. There is one coming up on March 21st. It is called the All American Train Show at Lyons Township High School in LaGrange, IL. The Midwest Division TCA will be setting up there. I made a couple of videos of the show from last year on my channel. Here is a link to a show flier:www.mwr-nmra.org/divisions/dupage/aars2020flyer.pdf Let me know if you are going to go. I think I can arrange for you to operate on our layout a bit if you want. If you do not bring any trains, you can certainly operate mine if you want.

I’m trying to make a layout that’s like a large square with an area in the middle I can go into with all my transformers n stuff.
This layout is a modular layout. It is kind of neat because the layout goes together in pieces and we can transport it around.
