I wish there were English narrations or subtitles of the ingredients used. What was the black colored batter flavor? Was the green filling matcha or pistachio? The shaved covering at the end looked like either milk chocolate or cheese. Was the thick filling cream cheese icing? Ugh. I would love to know. I think my favorite was the thin (chocolate?) poured into the mold and the cookie pushed back into the mold. The end result was gorgeous! I wonder if they ever make a 2 sided cookie sandwich by slicing the bulging bit off just leaving the cookie with a flat back and sticking two together with a filling. Also they seem to be treating the cookies like donuts which makes me think the batter is more cake-like than butter cookie. They all look so delicious!
