What is the plastic piece that goes between the outer gap of the control arm?

I believe you're referring to the lower control arm cover? The part that wraps around the entire bottom portion of the control arm? Should be shown on a parts exploded view diagram. Thanks for watching!

Why did u change your shocks? What are the symptoms of worn shocks? Because your shocks (old ones) look in pretty good shape, the bottom rubber is intact too.

I changed them on all four corners due to a front end vibration. Ended up being tire balance, alignment, and steering damper, but shocks were definitely worn too, not blown by any means but noticeable difference. Thanks for watching!

Hi there , is it easy to get parts for these cars ?? Looking at one like yours low miles , great cars ? Some say it's difficult to keep up , what do you say ?? Thanks

Parts are easy for the most part, some are discontinued and a pain to get but overall not bad. Mine has been great, some W140s are awful. The simpler (S320) the better. Not difficult to maintain, but I will preface that with the fact that I'm a lifelong car enthusiast, degreed mechanical engineer, and love working and tinkering with things. Thanks for watching!

Interesting, not sure if that's a later model thing, a CL thing, or V8/V12 thing. Thanks for watching!
