I'm 49 and just started back skating ,my reflexes are slow,I'm stiff, my reaction time is slow, the concrete is way way harder than I remember, every fall hurts and it takes 4 times as long to recover, need I go on...and I saw you do this one too, your back foot come off of the deck and your front foot stay on and keep rolling causing your knee to bend sideways all the way down, I'm still suffering from that one and it's been over a month ago.
