I especially liked Mihawk's placement and Garp as well since he's ranked in his old age, however, I think we should not be hasty as things may turn ugly for him in the manga, who knows what Oda is thinking, a stalemate between him and Aokiji is still not impossible Also old Sengoku should be a bit lower, I'd even say he should be below Fujitora as I don't think he has been doing anything for the past 2 years, he's rusty Rayleigh is rusty as well but could be higher, maybe even higher than Zoro and Sabo but of course below Fuji Sanji's placement is alright but he could be below Law Yamato is most definitely above Kid I wouldn't put Jinbei above a second commander until he shows better feats Great job, keep em coming

Interesting placements here. A bit jarring to see pre-timeskip scaling still applied in the final saga, but hey, what can you do. Me personally, I think Luffy is a bit too low. I think he should be at 6 above Big Mom and Kaido, with Mihawk and Shanks being stronger. Kid, Law, Yamato, Momo, the Akazaya, even Zoro's attacks against Kaido COMBINED didn't do the same amount of meaningful damage Luffy's attacks were doing, mainly because of how much Haki was being poured into them compared to the other 20 people. The only thing you can really argue is Kaido was spending stamina lifting Onigashima, but even then, once Gear 5 hit the stage, Luffy almost died at that point, and outright overpowered max Kaido and sent him through the whole island.
Luffy did have the help of the 9 scabbards, the 4 supernovas and Yamato. even if you want to say they didn't do much (IMO they did a lot, Kaido was already pretty worn out before Luffy started the 1v1) the fact the fight was so close means Kaido had to be stronger than Luffy if they fought 1v1

The Scabbards' Totsuka didn't open Oden's scar, and then he just sat and healed up before the supernovas came. Their attacks did hurt, but Luffy was the main heavy hitter of the group. When the 1v1 started between Luffy and Hybrid Form Kaido on the roof, Luffy in base was dealing damage no one else was by that point. Kaido got stalled, barely bled a few drops by Yamato for a while, and then Luffy came back to finish the fight. Say you take away the attacks everyone else did, I still think the Bajrang Gun knocks out slightly less damaged Flaming Drum Dragon, due to the sheer strength of the attack. Then you take into account the new abilities Gear 5 has shown during Egghead, because of how far the list goes up to, and I think Luffy can totally take him down now.

Also, I dunno why many characters, like Garp, aren't used in their prime, while dead characters are included at their prime. Also, Luffy is not above Kaido, they are evenly matched in a duel, but Kaido is still stronger overall thanks to his stamina. Once Luffy is able to perfectly control gear 5 tho, he will become (much) stronger.

Meaning that Cracker would seem less powerful than Doflamingo since Luffy didnt use any 'special' means of beating him that are some kind of more powerful form or more powerful moves, etc. And so Luffy fought against Doflamingo the 'normal' way and while he still managed to beat him he had to use the Boundman form TWICE since he couldnt finish off Doflamingo the 1st time even tho his Devil Fruit wasnt even awakened yet, and even then Law and the citizens of Dressrosa had to help Luffy by keeping him alive and on top of that let's not forget that Law helped Luffy quite a lot while fighting Doflamingo originally. And of course Katakuri is obviously way more powerful than those 2, i mean if not for Flampe's intervention Luffy would have clearly lost since Katakuri wouldnt give him a chance to fight back and wouldnt stop using the Future Sight.

Big Mom New Ora top list. 1. Shanks (Strongest yonko) 2. Kaido 3. Akainu (Fleet Admiral) 4. Black beared 5. Big Mom 6. Mihwak (he may be 2 or 3) 7. Monkey D luffy 8. Kizaru 9. Fujitora 10. Kuma (he can literally fight with anyone defeated ors with ease).
The list is indeed pretty damn bad since there's just way too many characters entirely off like Yamato which was literally the 2nd most powerful character on the Straw Hats side in the Onigashima Raid Arc meaning that automatically He should be higher than Kid however i do think that Law should be higher than Yamato since apparently he got more powerful post Onigashima Raid Arc and fought head-on against Teach as well as by that rule Sanji should be lower than Law straight up + I'm pretty sure that Kid having his Devil Fruit Awakened is more powerful than Sanji since He along with Law fought Big Mom at her full power while it would seem that Sanji would'nt be able to beat King since Queen is clearly weaker. As well as i'm pretty sure that Ace at his peak would be way more powerful than a SINGLE Akazaya, plus i think that Rob Lucci is way too high since it doesnt make any sense to begin with, how in 2 years while he was already in his middle / late 20's he got so much more powerful even if his Devil Fruit has awakened + on top of that even if he got to let's say Doflamingo's level of power i doubt that he could in any possible way leap all the way to a Yonko's level and thus i think that Luffy not only as officialy stated does not yet perfectly control and haven't yet mastered the 5th Gear but also it would seem like he was just playing around. Enel isnt even all that powerful even by his feats since a lot of other characters could do the same stuff (just in a way less flashy way) + he would get topped by literally 80% New World characters at least considering how weak his Physical Strength is even if he does have the Mantra Observation Haki Ability which is clearly inferior to the Future Sight Ability although it does let him read his opponents next moves by reading their minds it doesn't mean that he wouldnt either get too exhausted to fight or would be able to dodge every single attack since i imagine that for instance Gladius's attacks could be able to hit him even if he were to have read his thoughts and even tho his Devil Fruit is seemingly one of the fastest ones out there. Tho again Kizaru's Devil Fruit is said to be the fastest one out of all of them and he can still get his ass whooped pretty bad at times.
of course he scales the bum admirals higher than characters like zoro, yamato and fricking sabo. Aokiji and akainu are stronger than them but the other three are all marco level. Old garp pre timsekip is above all the current pirates, not sure about post timeskip, but hes definitely higher than kaido and big mom.

Yamato is obviously more powerful than Kid however i do think that Law would be more powerful than Yamato since he apparently got a huge power boost post Onigashima Raid Arc (Possibly because he had mastered his Ope Ope no Mi's awakening or some sh-) and he apparently fought against Teach head-on. Also as to Yamato and Kid, Kid along with Law had his Devil Fruit Awakened as we all know and fought alongside him against Big Mom at her most powerful, etc. But Yamato DID precisely part-time fight against KAIDO along with Luffy, and of course Kaido is quite a bit / kind of a lot more powerful than Big Mom even if Yamato didnt seemingly do much against Kaido let's not forget that it was Luffy that struggled A LOT while fighting him even while using the Advanced Conq. Haki and Yamato pretty much fought against that same Kaido which already proves His strength but also let's not forget that ALL of the Akazaya while using Ryuuou Haki STABBED Kaido's chest to the point where he was clearly bleeding and to the point where as far as i remember that attack had left a scar on his body similar to the one Oden's attack did, but then Kaido was seemingly perfectly fine almost as if he wasnt ever attacked by the Akazaya.

Meaning that Cracker would seem less powerful than Doflamingo since Luffy didnt use any 'special' means of beating him that are some kind of more powerful form or more powerful moves, etc. And so Luffy fought against Doflamingo the 'normal' way and while he still managed to beat him he had to use the Boundman form TWICE since he couldnt finish off Doflamingo the 1st time even tho his Devil Fruit wasnt even awakened yet, and even then Law and the citizens of Dressrosa had to help Luffy by keeping him alive and on top of that let's not forget that Law helped Luffy quite a lot while fighting Doflamingo originally. And of course Katakuri is obviously way more powerful than those 2, i mean if not for Flampe's intervention Luffy would have clearly lost since Katakuri wouldnt give him a chance to fight back and wouldnt stop using the Future Sight.

The list is indeed pretty damn bad since there's just way too many characters entirely off like Yamato which was literally the 2nd most powerful character on the Straw Hats side in the Onigashima Raid Arc meaning that automatically He should be higher than Kid however i do think that Law should be higher than Yamato since apparently he got more powerful post Onigashima Raid Arc and fought head-on against Teach as well as by that rule Sanji should be lower than Law straight up + I'm pretty sure that Kid having his Devil Fruit Awakened is more powerful than Sanji since He along with Law fought Big Mom at her full power while it would seem that Sanji would'nt be able to beat King since Queen is clearly weaker. As well as i'm pretty sure that Ace at his peak would be way more powerful than a SINGLE Akazaya, plus i think that Rob Lucci is way too high since it doesnt make any sense to begin with, how in 2 years while he was already in his middle / late 20's he got so much more powerful even if his Devil Fruit has awakened + on top of that even if he got to let's say Doflamingo's level of power i doubt that he could in any possible way leap all the way to a Yonko's level and thus i think that Luffy not only as officialy stated does not yet perfectly control and haven't yet mastered the 5th Gear but also it would seem like he was just playing around. Another thing is that in my opinion it simply doesnt make any sense how would Jinbe be more powerful than Queen since Sasaki clearly couldnt be really compared to Queen and Jinbe precisely 'struggled' even if a little bit but still while fighting against Sasaki. And there's way more but i feel like this wall of text is already way too long and thus i'll stop right here. :)

Enel isnt even all that powerful even by his feats since a lot of other characters could do the same stuff (just in a way less flashy way) + he would get topped by literally 80% New World characters at least considering how weak his Physical Strength is even if he does have the Mantra Observation Haki Ability which is clearly inferior to the Future Sight Ability although it does let him read his opponents next moves by reading their minds it doesn't mean that he wouldnt either get too exhausted to fight or would be able to dodge every single attack since i imagine that for instance Gladius's attacks could be able to hit him even if he were to have read his thoughts and even tho his Devil Fruit is seemingly one of the fastest ones out there. Tho again Kizaru's Devil Fruit is said to be the fastest one out of all of them and he can still get his ass whooped pretty bad at times.

Also as to Yamato and Kid, Kid along with Law had his Devil Fruit Awakened as we all know and fought alongside him against Big Mom at her most powerful, etc. But Yamato DID precisely part-time fight against KAIDO along with Luffy, and of course Kaido is quite a bit / kind of a lot more powerful than Big Mom even if Yamato didnt seemingly do much against Kaido let's not forget that it was Luffy that struggled A LOT while fighting him even while using the Advanced Conq. Haki and Yamato pretty much fought against that same Kaido which already proves His strength but also let's not forget that ALL of the Akazaya while using Ryuuou Haki STABBED Kaido's chest to the point where he was clearly bleeding and to the point where as far as i remember that attack had left a scar on his body similar to the one Oden's attack did, but then Kaido was seemingly perfectly fine almost as if he wasnt ever attacked by the Akazaya.
