Personally I would put Flashy a bit higher, cause I just dont see Bang and Bomb pulling what he did against PS and Garou. Even if both are stronger than him (which they are) he still put up an admirable fight for someone who didn't have a weapon. In my opinion I'd put him either just below Genos or just below Elder Centipede. Metal Knight is also way too high, pretty sure his best claim to fame is potentially having the power to bring down elder Centipede, he has nothing on Evil Ocean Water, Sage Centipede, Orochi and Current Garou.
Maybe, bang have more AP and a better combat style and more resistance than flashy, but flashy way, way faster than bang In speed yeah flashy is above, but c'mon, bang literally resist 3 superior tecchniques -release heart fist -sky ripping fist -WSRSF All of that from a garou with abandoment too like bang I believe even that garou would kill flashy only if garou even touch flashy PS and garou literally were toying with flash and flashy held them back in everything

Without Anime statement his feat is Multi Continental (surface wiping) and he is arguably even below Psykorochi (also Tatsumaki by default), because they are also multi continental with additional hax. My point is, Even if they aren't, Boros is nowhere near close to Garou or Saitama.
Zombieman is not strong. He can revive after being killed like games which makes him unbeatable. His strength is no match for even high tiger levels like Marshal gorilla and kombu infinity without the revival. And I am pretty sure senior centipede is stronger than mosquito girl. He gave a good fight to metal bat. And I think awakened cockroach too is above Puri Puri prisoner. He would had killed g4 genos if he hadn't spiller the sticky liquid. Zombieman is not strong. He can revive after being killed like games which makes him unbeatable. His strength is no match for even high tiger levels like Marshal gorilla and kombu infinity without the revival. And I am pretty sure senior centipede is stronger than mosquito girl. He gave a good fight to metal bat. And I think awakened cockroach too is above Puri Puri prisoner. He would had killed g4 genos if he hadn't spiller the sticky liquid. Also why is genos so high if he along with other s class were not able to take down elder centipede?
