Wow... what a transformation! That smooth, milky surface became alive soon as you put on the polish. You really see the potential in a log and are able to bring it to life. Great one, again, Andy!

Wow. This is some particularly spectacular video editing Andy. The piece is gorgeous, but I swear this plays like a damn movie! The shadow line in the cutting air bit when you roughed the outside looked almost ghostly and the shavings falling out of the vessel was perfect-Total AMSR. Thanks for putting out such an amazing channel. I love Fridays!

Andy, you always make the nicest stuff out of wood that I wouldn't look a second time at. Of course, I don't have your experience.
So, do you have a cat? I'm just imagining a wood cat bed made out a a tree trunk. Flattened on the bottom so it doesn't tip over, but big enough for a cat to sleep in, but not sprawl. You've seen cats in boxes, a cat bed made out of turned wood would be awesome.

As always, beautiful craftsmanship! I finally got a nice lightly used decent lathe. It came with boxes of attachments. I have no idea what 1/2 of them are for.🤣 This is quite different from building furniture, but I’m looking forward to learning more about the craft. I would send you a picture of my first decent bowl, but I didn’t know where to send it to. Thanks for the great videos!! J
