i think when all the old homes/teardownds will be rebuilt with newer mansions the building boom is going to slow down. just as these 100m+ homes are gonna stop coming up since the amount of customers is smaller. i think that 250 million dollar home isnt going to sell. why would you buy a house you only like 90% of when you can build your own one without spending money on profits

Buyers at that level often just don't have the time to take on a 3-6 year building project.

thats true. do you know the max height for a building in the hills? cause of mohamed hadids project
im trying to understand how his project had to be demolished but others are almost the same. and why even are there height regulations?

There are definitely height restrictions all over L.A. & Beverly Hills. It is a bit tricky in hills as it is calculated based on the slope of the hillside and the actual street level so only an engineer, contractor and architect can figure that out.

The L.A housing bubble is going to pop soon, no doubt.

I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Of course, you don't, you're a real estate agent. All of the top analysts who were getting laughed at when they were giving out warnings of 2008 coming are now saying the LA bubble is going to pop. You need not worry though as the dollar will go down again and cash rich foreign buyers will buy up everything they can.
