This sad, parents should insist on a helmet. Most kids dont listen. Even someone got into a scooter accident suffer from brain damage never to recover it happens.
I wish they would get to the bottom of it I believe is organ trafficking why would take all his insides ..be empty and stuff with newspaper? Unbelievable my heart goes out to this family and May this child rest in peace. What’s going on with this world?

It’s all day long scooters racing down streets never stopping at red lights. Very sad. I’m surprised it doesn’t happen everyday.
