I have just seen ESysman's report from Monaco where the most popular boat in the harbour was..... Loon. More well deserved recognition for a beautifull boat and amazing crew. Well done guys and girls.
Looked like there was one hell of a party cranking on Loon!! Simulators, pretty people, partying.. There are a couple videos out there showing the pre-race festivities… looks like you guys had the biggest best party of the entire marina!!
@@aimeecooper6039 esysman has his own TH-cam channel. It’s pretty good.. does lots of tours of great boats, great info on the industry and insight to yachts as he used to crew many of them…. He also goes to most of the big shows.. Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Monoco, Caan…
Not too sure if I should comment about ideas for content, but a previous video you asked for them. I think the day in the life of....... Deckhand, Bosun, Chase boat Captain, Stewardess, Chief Stewardess/Purser , Engineer, Chief Engineer, Chief Officer and the guy that does nothing the Captain(hehehe) would make interesting documentaries, from when they get up to going back to bed,. I know Nina does the same on her channel, but it works so well on how hard everyone actually works on a Superyacht.
Thank you for sharing. This is a different life than what I live and it's truly amazing so I'm thankful to be able to see how others live. Everyone works so hard and does a great job.
I thought that paint job was actual glass. The before/after had me saying, “WHAT!?!?” The “deckies” work so hard. Everyone does, really. A great team on team all around on the Loon and really noticeable when crew arrives/departs for their break. Good to see that connection and I think Paul does a fantastic job to shepherd that positive energy. You definitely see it when the new “toys” arrive. Movie projector/screen will be a nice addition. Have a wonderful Med season y’all!
I am very impressed with the crew’s diligence and knowledge. I always thought the crew would hire out repair and deep cleaning. You guys are impressive!
I find these video’s so interesting! It’s a life I never imagined. I’m sorta jealous! Spend my life as an elementary teacher. Now finding out there are so many career choices. In my day, women were encouraged to be teachers, nurses, or secretaries. But, I did enjoy my teaching days. $$$… not so much.
The team is 100% the secret to Loon's success, Paul has amassed a top-flight crew over the last year or so (and the ones he brought over from Loon 180) and it shows.
As a few have stated before, I might not ever be able to afford to charter with Motor yacht loon, but it’s so amazing you guys post all this content! And in such a way we kinda get to know the staff too! You guys are so awesome and we can tell you all truly care about your fan base/charter patrons. For you guys, it isn’t just a job but a passion. And I love it! Love your content and maybe one day I’ll be able to book a charter! Who knows. 🤣🤷🏻♂️ in the mean time, you guys are awesome! Keep the passion alive!!
I think the engineers are most important behind the Captain. Please show them on all videos. I can't imagine what it's like to work down in the ship, all the various bits and the responsibility.
It's obvious that Paul is a great Captain and he has recruited and retains perhaps the best team in the business. Let's also give a shout out to her owner who ultimately sets the overall vision and guidance for their yacht. It isn't really a secret who the owner is and what Paul and the team accomplish every day is also a reflection on them, an iconic American family. Congratulations and Well Done (and a special mention to Miss Brockville).
Q For the Engineers : As a ex aircraft engineer when we enter fuel tanks, we always has forced air ventilation and all our torches and lamps are authorised for us in confined spaces flame/spark proof, Micro biological fuel contamination was a issue but we used fuel treatment is that similar onboard ships.
I'm glad I found your videos. I'd been looking for a good super-yacht channel since The Super Yacht Captain stopped being... The Super Yacht Captain. Love the sailing and motor yachting content.
Been watch Nautistyles since their infancy, cant wait to see them splash that new ship, and I'm sure the will rock it!!! Great vid guys... Just watched the F1 race, hope you all enjoyed your stay in Monaco!!!!
Steve, the videos have been absolutely spectacular! Always looking forward to the new videos since I've binged all the others lol. These videos have made me want to get into this work.
Great job guys! I love all the new camera angles we are seeing! So cool seeing the behind the scenes, of the behind the scenes! Keep up the great work steve!
I notice there are still comments versa the filming style of Steve and Blair Blair was Blair he had his own style. We seem alot of Blaire style we're happy with his content plus trying yo see how many drones landed in the water rather than on Loon's deck. Steve is his own man he has his own style and as he becomes more settled in Loon he'll get more confidence in the equipment such as - the drones. Working with Captain Paul and the crew on new ideas that show off Loon at her best. Which means a lot of the departments have skills to show off. Keep going Steve it'll be fine. Plus you've got some great back up tge crew of the Loon. Even if the betting on losing drones is still happening. Great video of all the new toys, Tyler going home, Broker lunch and Nautistyle visit. Thanks.
Esysman and a couple others were out there with their TH-cam cameras,,, one had a nice interview with Paul. Looks like you guys had the biggest, best party aboard Loon, complete with simulators, beautiful women, lots of guests and party goers and partying! I hope you cover the parties and the event in your videos.
Great video, Cpt Paul! I also watched the BTS video by NautiStyles. They did a great job! I am continually amazed and impressed by both the complexity and elegance of MY Loon. Kudos to you and all of the Loon crew for making all of this work! I believe I saw something that indicated you're already in Monaco, so bravo! I look forward to the crossing videos.
Interesting video with the maintenance upkeep.Nauti Guys showing up I wondered when the video would come out, I watched the tour on their channel, it was how I surfed over to Loon.
Another great video. I think Steve is getting better, love that you guys have given him a chance. Also, was watching the Monaco Grand Prix Weekend Warmup show on F1 TV and there were several shots where the Loon logo could be seen in the background. Hope you had a great Monaco week.
Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧 great to M/Y Loon featured multiple times on the Superyacht News TH-cam channel, @ the Monaco GP, looked like you guys were having a great time; compared to other yachts which were dead-quiet! 😂
Really enjoyed the content! The video was fine - it’s improving with every single vid. Great team work on this one. Captain Paul - wow! Everything you oversee is absolutely astonishing. He must have a military background?
Great video, lots going on, but, you're already in Monaco, seen the Nauti Styles video a while ago and youve shown your docking etc in Monaco. Are you trying to confuse us 🤣😂🤣😂 (it worked).
Good, don't get me wrong, I'm not being bitchy, I find it a bit frustrating knowing they're not recent, however, I love to see them all, it's becoming my favorite of all my many follows.
Loved the fuel tank stuff, that was really interesting I keep hearing about Master 3000, Yacht Master, Master Unlimited etc in these videos.... how about some videos talking about the kinds of qualifications etc everyone on board has and what they mean?
I enjoy watching the vids. Tell me if you have 1 tank clean. Do you have the other or others clean. Also is there a way to drain the tanks once cleaned. So there will be no water getting into the fuel.
Ah, I remember tank crawling back in my Navy days. Our small service tanks were 10,000 gallons / 37,900 litres. But then our gas turbines drank fuel at about 600 to 900 gallons an hour.
Got a question: who handles all the business stuff with the Loon? For example, when you make purchase of things like projection screens, hackie sack games and even the food runs, there’s a receipt for it. Does someone one board put that on the ledger or is it sent off to a person off the boat.
Great video getting caught up with the other youtube channels on the progress of Loon. Question for Chief Eng Mark, are you a certified "Gas Free Engineer" (GFE) on Loon or did you hire an outside specialist to certify the tanks for entry? In other words, is getting GFE certified part of the Chief Engineer's license? Thanks!
Awesome video! Here’s a serious question when the crew arrives or departs do you salute the flag then request permission to either come onboard or request permission to go ashore? Or, do you guys just come aboard and go ashore? Thanks
Chef Nina seems like such a warm and genuine person. Absolutely adore her.
Captain Paul is SUCH a great Captain. in every sense. i love following along with these!!! love the WHOLE team!!!

Much better editing of the video with keeping the story line separated vs the jumping back and forth in the last couple of videos ❤️
I just saw captain Paul in Monaco over the weekend at the F1
Was more excited about that then the race..
What a spectacular boat he drives 😍
thank you for the kind words. What a race!

Great to see you with Kim Illman in Monaco. Nice boost for both of you.
Thanks it was cool to meet up with Kym and show him Loon 🏎️🏁

I’ve been a long time NautiStyles subscriber, I’ve been bugging them for a while to tour Loon, glad things worked out and your paths intersected.

Loon runs on diesel.. I assume it's not as problematic as regular gas or jet fuel when it comes to electronics.
