At 2:00 That place is not for a lanyard by it is a Retractable Counter Weight Hook, meant to put a carabiner so you can weight down your tripod. Great review otherwise
Having watched both your videos on the GoPro Max grip and the El Grande, I'm curious as to which you find the most useful, or you think you would use the most. Or, does each have a specific niche and do not crossover in use? Thanks, and I enjoy your honest viewpoints.

+zhan yen Hi depending which 360 camera you have if you have the GoPro Max or Insta360 ONE R, insta360 ONE then yes, but insta360 ONE X then you May get a slight capture of the handle in your hand.👍🏾🇬🇧
Do not buy! This grip has broken twice and replaced once by go pro. I will not be replacing it again. The twist lock breaks very easily and once it breaks the extension's will fall right out of the grip. Very poor design!

Nice review, great job but Gopro mounts are fragile plastic junk. I just wasted another $30 on the 360 HB mount that is a lousy mount that vibrates way too much to even produce a few good clips. Skip all the go pro plastic junk and go for some ebay aluminum mounts. Much more inexpensive, more stable and actually stable enough to get in some good video clips. the go pro junk has plastic tabs at the connectors and I have had one vibrate to failure dropping a go pro recorder at 30 mph riding my bicycle. Awesome review and coverage but go pro needs to improve their game and stop wasting our money $30 at a time. Wish others did reviews like yours, kudos to you but the gopro junk is risky. I was lucky and can't afford to lose a $250 recorder due to their cheap fragile product.

I have to admit I know longer have that pole, but it is more than 9inches. It’s more 12inches when collapsed.👍🏾🇬🇧

You can but you will have to a phone mount to GoPro mount, or phone clamp to GoPro fingers. These can be found on eBay rather than Amazon.
