God Hitokiri is so busted its not even funny. While holding down the heavy button you are immune to guard breaks, have hyper armor, can change the timing of the heavy attack, can turn it into an unblockable, ALL without needing to commit to the attack by feinting it. A normal heavy can literally be 3 different things and you need to read that or take a shit ton of damage. Its probably the safest attack in the entire game. On top of that, hito can do the same thing with its KICK. No other character provides that much damage with that much safety.
