Wow great lesson. Helpful reminder from your last couple of videos on the importance of the rotation. I have been struggling with some heel shots and now I see how the rotation impacts this issue. I heard your comment regarding a training aid for the alignment stick on your waist. I have done that drill of yours where you put the alignment stick in your belt loops and it is quite helpful.
I absolutely love watching y’all’s training videos. Just by watching I’ve improved my game a lot. I’m still not very consistent but I’ve improved enough to enjoy golfing.
He had a really lovely looking smooth swing by the end of that. Certainly wasn't trying to blast it into the statosphere but if he gets 230-240 total distance in a consistently straight manner then thats a huge win.
The right foot back is a great drill and encourages a draw, also helps to clear the hips. Nick Price back in the day played a whole season with the right foot back. Great lesson😊
This is a really big struggle for me ( mentally) to turn with my swing, I'm always feeling as though I'm going out of control, it's now put something in my head for me to try and practice with , thankyou 👍

The feet position is to allow for more hip turn and speed. Then he can rotate more and generate speed through more rotation and can turn the club over. May introduce some more variance as he learns, but he will get more distance.

I tried the feet position on the range - with great results. Would you advise taking it to the course?

Wow the yellow shoes😂
I thought with cluib head and ball speed carry would be much better.
Still need to find the middle and get the optimum launch and spin. He's on the way to it now.
I’d of loved to see him middle it with that 102 club speed 💪🏼
Crazy how much speed he gained when he gave himself permission.
@@meandmygolf. I tried it at the range today. Always struggled with distance, ball speed jumped 12mph on my good ones 😱

Why does the bigger turn get him swinging more on the inside?
More rotation allows your hands to get further behind you in the backswing. It's easier to swing from the inside when you can create that hand depth.
Hi Simmo. Thanks for the question. It creates space for the club. the body rotation has a huge effect on the delivery.
Love his face when he starts striping them 😂 class.
Always the best part for us,👍🏻
Ok everyone teaches different I seen kids where they say don't rotate much but u wanna rotate your shoulders up...and that was a pro saying that...
Don’t think it helps some of his shots he’s aiming so far right it’s scary…. Don’t want to sound like an arse, just saying what I see

This was intentional with his feet (not shoulders) to allow for a better rotation. Good observation though Geoff.
I'm going to try all these tips on Sunday for real. Did the motions in my kitchen and found a huge improvement in rotation and balance. ❤
This is a good way to get more turn but eventually duck/snap hook which requires additional adjustments
What launch monitor device is that your using please. Cool gains geoff
