Nigeria's lawyers are a major bane of Criminal Justice in Nigeria, particularly the senior ones. No wonder, Prof. Akin Oyebobode said there are SAN, and there are also SAN in one of his interviews a few years ago. Why will a lawyer be shielding an accused person all in the name of human rights where there is no any form of abuse of his rights by the EFCC?
