- Hey y'all, I'm back from a short break. In this video, I set up an almost somewhat still life and take photos using black and white film with my Polaroid SX-70 Sonar OneStep. What do you use to hang your Polaroids on your wall? Love your videos man!
The sx70 black and white film has a really yellow cast to it. It's good in some situations but I didn't know about it the first time I shot with it.
Charles Laing oh yeah, I’ve dealt with the yellow cast sometime ago when I started shooting with black and white but now, there’s none at all. I have black and white shots from over a year ago and I see no yellow overcast, both the whites and blacks still are bold even after a year!
@@InstantAnalogAdventures it could be that the pack I got was super old. Might have to order some directly from polaroid.
Charles Laing I recommend you always order straight from Polaroid to get some of the freshest packs they got so the chemistry is also fresh to get better quality pictures!
@@InstantAnalogAdventures yeah, for sure. Up here the shipping is insane and conversion rate to Canadian makes it super expensive. I'm probably going to order some stupid amount of packs when I have a chance though.
