  • Based on a real workplace example, this animation demonstrates how different attitudes drive our behaviour and, in turn, the results we get when engaging with safety. Safety Attitudes at Work is an excerpt from a Sentis research study of more than 21,000 participants from 73 sites across agriculture, construction, government, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, and utilities. Offering safety culture assessments, training, coaching and consulting, Sentis helps organisations to break through the safety plateau and achieve positive safety culture change. We equip employees with the knowledge, skills and motivation to make safer choices, each and every day. Since the introduction of our pioneering psychology-based safety programs in 2003, we've empowered more than 400 companies and 165,000 individuals to think differently about safety. I am always respectful to the people that deal with me on a day-to-day basis. My psychiatrist's sister-in-law doesn't take any negative behaviour in the presence of her friends and family. Linda Sawyer is retired with a double major in Psychology and Sociology, a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology, and partial requirements towards her Ph.D..

I would like to ask permission to show your video during my teaching at a male prison. I deliver CIWM Industrial Cleaning. The men find H&S very dry and do struggle to engage. I was really impressed by your videos.

What about co workers who bully and you time and time again report it and still no one does anything about it and using Facebook to bully , I think management today are afraid to properly protect their employees from co worker bullying

More like they are afraid of losing their jobs. If there is a compliance and ethics hot line they can report it there. or better yet report it to HR

Yes Even if you try to go to the HR they will also resist your complain because they are not running the company for empathy they running a business and anybody that can't perform is a deficiency in the process. Industriay don't really care about you it's your performance see a psychologist physchiatrist or anything like this

This is a fallacy, his infection was from not cleaning his wound, not from not wearing gloves. This is designed to create a fear based compliance work environment

    • @JudePonferrada

The point is, he could have prevented the wound in the first place if only he wears his gloves.
