Another perfect video. Thank you. I tried growing turmeric and ginger in pots indoors last winter. Bugs got to the ginger and destroyed it, but the turmeric grew well and I harvested it last spring. I'm growing turmeric again now and will also try growing ginger this week. I buy grocery store ginger, but they spray it with growth inhibitors, so the ginger won't sprout. Many pieces must be tried before you find some that will sprout and grow. There was no problem with the turmeric sprouting and that came from a grocery store too. Your video shows that even with the best ginger and growing conditions it takes 150 days to be ready for harvest. This is important to know. Thank you.

@@victoriolalangan1763 That's what I do too. I don't harvest right after the die back, but let the soil dry out for a month, or even wait until I want a piece of root.
