Once the earbuds is bluetooth paired with your device, it should automatically play sound through the earbuds… unless your device need to manually select the sound output… This is usually the case for desktop computers
Hmmmmm… are the earbuds fully charged? Did you disconnect your earbuds from the first bluetooth device? You need to do that first and then you can bluetooth connect to the second device

I tested the earbuds with phones such as iphone 6, iphone 12 mini, iphone 12 pro max, oppo reno, oppo find x3, Samsung A5, Motorola Z2 play. So far, the volume output are pretty decent at 50% audio level. But need to ensure the “Volume limiter” option is switched off. If the audio output is still very soft, you will need to download 3rd party audio booster apps

If yes, switch it OFF 2) use 3rd party audio booster app to up the volume 3) make sure you have the correct eartip silicon seal fitting and size 4) bt pair with other devices to check. Hello ☺️ they are earbuds. They will out put Sound only when you listen to music or watch videos or use them for calls. Otherwise, they will do nothing. For the Baseus app, you need to create an account
Fix: Charge the buds in the case first. Then try to set the buds with the app a few times. Then, let the buds rest in the case for 15 minutes. I think some couldnt connect because it wasnt charged or the batteries were drained, when you first open it. So, charge it first, then then the buds rest in the case before trying out the app.

Any battery left in the charging case? Make sure there is battery in the charging case. Use a clean cloth to wipe the pogo pin on left earbud and the left side charging slot in the case. My left earbuds battery drains more rapidly than the right side. Upon resetting it according to the manuals, the battery level for both sides are even. But, a few minutes later the same problem happens again. Resetting it again, ok, then same problem again. Can you help me with this before I throw them into the garbage bin.
@josleeberuga4062 if it is brand new, contact the reseller. If you have the earbuds for a couple of months…. It might be a case of bad battery. The cost of replace the batteries might be the same as getting a brand new earbuds

You can update the app via google playstore or Apple App store if an app update is available Updating the earbud firmware iirc is manual via the app in the app additional settings
Did you charged first your baesus earphone or you setup it without charging it? Becase mine didnt turn on the light indicator when i tried to do the setup. Ill try first to charge then ill do it again. If not i guess its factory defect
did you remove the sticker from the earbuds? there are stickers covering the earbuds connection pins. If you have done all... but still nothing works... probably best to contact the reseller for a possible replacement.

Base on my experience, Baseus doesn’t support gmail, you need to use other email like outlook or yahoo to make it work. I’m currently using hotmail email, hope it helps

Usually, one of the earbuds battery will drain faster. For my airpods pro 2, the left side drains battery faster so it always dies first followed by Right side

Check your music app setting and change the sound quality. I wouldn’t say the sound quality of WM02 is great ☺️ but it is definitely good and one of the better ones at this price point

1) make sure you unpair WM02 with all devices
2) take out both sides earbuds from the case
3) tap 3 x times on left or right earbud
4) you will see the LED light flash rapidly
5) factory reset done
6) put earbuds back to case

My left earbuds battery drains more rapidly than the right side. Upon resetting it according to the manuals, the battery level for both sides are even. But, a few minutes later the same problem happens again. Resetting it again, ok, then same problem again. Can you help me with this before I throw them into the garbage bin.

The cost of replace the batteries might be the same as getting a brand new earbuds

You can update the app via google playstore or Apple App store if an app update is available
Updating the earbud firmware iirc is manual via the app in the app additional settings

Did you charged first your baesus earphone or you setup it without charging it? Becase mine didnt turn on the light indicator when i tried to do the setup. Ill try first to charge then ill do it again. If not i guess its factory defect

did you remove the sticker from the earbuds? there are stickers covering the earbuds connection pins.

Base on my experience, Baseus doesn’t support gmail, you need to use other email like outlook or yahoo to make it work. I’m currently using hotmail email, hope it helps

This is pretty common. Try to follow the steps and re do the bluetooth pairing. It took me a few tries before it worked.

Usually, one of the earbuds battery will drain faster.
For my airpods pro 2, the left side drains battery faster so it always dies first followed by Right side

You might need to go into your phone settings and manually allow access to your wireless earbuds for different features such as
- using it for videos
- using it for phone calls
- using it with apps
- using it for media contents
Though… please take note that some apps have issues with wireless earbuds/headphone mics.

Maybe you can Try to pair WM02 with your phone first and then connect with the app
Alternatively…. Unpair WM02 from your phone and try to connect with the app.

Check your music app setting and change the sound quality.
I wouldn’t say the sound quality of WM02 is great ☺️ but it is definitely good and one of the better ones at this price point
