Sorry, i know this is insanely late but. If you press the buttons and it just doesnt do anything at all, chances are your car just didnt come with bluetooth as it was an optional package. You can check for the bluetooth module under the dash or just take it to a dealer if ur uncomfertable dealing with it.
It does, you have to remove the dashboard and stereo to install it. You have to buy a specific cable for it. You can easily find the installation instructions and product online.

Late reply but it looks like you charge it via Micro USB like shown at 0:56. AUX doesn't charge things.
