Honestly LISS is awesome. I really enjoy long, fast walks with a few jogging intervals thrown in and incorporating some basic strength training. I used to run all of the time but I think I feel better overall not doing all of the higher intensity anymore! Do you do the LISS everyday? Or switch things up? Love your videos!

Omg GIRL!! I just finished that workout and my thighs are dead the second I said Im done I freaking collapsed to the floor and here I am in the floor typing this!! But GREAT WORKOUT
Works like a charm! But my experience... after the first week or so, i got really bad stomach aches (like burning) because of the acidity. I lowered my intake amount and started doing it every other day and it went away. Hope this helped!

it’s pretty good! it works well in salad dressings or if you take it by itself then it grows on you!
Just start adding it into food where it calls for lemon juice! No need to torture yourself drinking it straight!

Absolutely! I feel like single leg exercises (like lunges) were reallllly helpful in building back my leg muscle
