I just did the tutorial and fuck me there’s so many controls to remember 😂 I can’t smoke weed and play this game. I just be spamming R1 and swapping stances hahaha
I'm brand new to the game, and was playing around with Highlander in training. His kit is super daunting, looking through the moveset. I really want to learn him though, he's so cool. Any recommendations for how a newbie should approach him? You said he's super easy, am I just overthinking it?
Hes not to bad. It takes a sec to get used to his stance and ways to use it. He can be hard at times or he can be very easy if people keep eating the 50/50. It can depend on the opponent. If you have any questions about him let me know I really enjoy playing him as well.
@@youraveragegamer2578 that makes sense! I've gotten a little more experience in training with him, on top of just game experience. I think I have a general idea of the meat and potatoes of him. I think maybe taking him into Dominion, or Breach, is the next step? Get some real world play with him.
I must ask. I started playing the game because i’ve always been super interested but i’m not very wealthy and I couldn’t afford to spend the money. It came on game pass for xbox and i’ve been maining bp. is this good practice? who do you recommend for someone who understands the game somewhat well but isn’t the fastest on controls. I do prefer knights.
I just downloaded like 30 minutes ago and I've only tried shaolin. He definitely wasn't easy but I've got a grip now. I didn't even know about qi stance until like the 10th duel lmaoo
@@GriffyWdaGrippy it was alright it was just super difficult and I only got the game bc a friend told me he wanted a teammate but then he ditched the game and I was just there and also I wish the battle passes were actually cool skins instead of just recolors and weird masks attached to animations. I love the gsmeplay itself though. A new kind of fighting game. It just isn't fun alone
Crossplay is a thing now & it’s definitely fun alone now! Duels are the bread and butter of the game. Tiandi is my favorite beginner character because he feels so fluid! I’m a total noob myself though lol.
Hey i just bought For Honor yesterday:), im looking for some tips and tricks about the game, i have completed the whole storymode i know a little bit. Open for suggestions
I'm personally enjoying the vanguard characters of the three factions, since I don't have anyone from the shaolin faction yet. And I'm enjoying the conqueror, Warlord, Valk, Orochi and Nobushi too, as a novice. Can someone recommend me what character should be my first buy, besides the ones that are available from the beginning?
I say musha I-frames, a bash, and no real reason to parry anything when you can flow into full guard and punish anyone who tries to hit you Did I mention the I-frames and light spam potential yet
The first best hero is the pikemen people are sleeping on him.
Facts
You mean lawbringer
Facts
He isn't the best it's hard to be good with him
My main is a Warden but the Lawbringer is a hard counter
My goofy ass who got the game 5 minutes ago wondering what language this man is speaking
Facts I thought this was supposed to be for beginners 😂
I think warlord would be the best pick. Simple but effective moveset that lets you grasp the basics. Only thing you don’t have is deflects really
And new people would rarely EVER get a deflect on purpose
@@GriffyWdaGrippy i mean, it’s a good point. can’t really argue with facts.
He is trash
The way he spoke about Gryphon was hilarious that heavy sight 🤣
Law bringer, tiandi , bp , centurion , warden
I agree
Lawbringer is really parry reliant though, I won’t say he’s too easy
Shugoki, Orochi and Gryphon.
Gryphon is weaker, but all simple characters offensively, w good defensive options. And all are pretty solid in 4’s

I Really Love Tiandi Hes Fast Heavy Attacks Are Nice And I Really His Executions So I Really Love Tiandi So Thats My Opion
Raider is now the easiest person in the game to play
I have the SAME WARMONGER as this guy's load out #2
All hail the Kensei. Always been the goat. And he won’t change.
The heavy sigh for gryphon 😂
I think Gryphon is easiest to use.
He is monke after all.
Yo any chance u can make some begginer guides with your thoughts process I'm trying to get into for honor but I'm so trash lmao
sure I'll get started on that tonight.
@@youraveragegamer2578 sick man thanks
kyoshin my fav Hero ❤
Does it say anywhere which attacks are unblockable or undodgeable? New to the game and can't are anywhere where it says so.

Bp is fine he has a great move set and strong options.
Thank you💗
Hey i just downloaded the game and i struggle picking a charackter, can you tell me your top 5 beginner charackters?
Right now Raider is without a doubt the easiest

Get into it, or quit after a month or so? No shame
