Service ,every spare part under the one roof , looking after the small operator , trained staff that actually know what they are talking about ....so operators don't get mucked about ....... really ??

Exactly not like today. That's why I would never buy a European truck you get treated like shit at their dealerships and their parts cost a fortune.
