i happen to find myself tearing up after looking this up here on youtube, it's so sad you can't play this game as it can't be updated to a newer version. losing the access to play this game once more is my biggest loss.

I still play this game on my old tablet lol so much nostalgia. The shining zombies did freak me out back then lol but I really liked the concept of former allies turning against you as OP zombies. I will also always remember the unique feeling of satisfaction I experienced when I figured out the farmers were extremely powerful units against bosses, panzer zombies and so on. good memories 😌

One thing a appreciate about this game and its sequel is that amongst the zombie hoard are a lot of yokai from Japanese folklore.
i just wish they made more enemies
i can easily see either a chinouya or kappa being planted in the middle of the stage and instantly killing anything that walks near it
not just giving your the space to work with but also limiting how far your army can push the enemy back, sort of countering the strategy of creating a huge group of allies to kill whatever you encounter super fast to push forward
or a kamaitachi acting as a flying gate rusher, or a yuki onna giving a universal slow effect near herself, which i'm pretty sure would effectively kill farmer spam then and there aswell as making it harder to rush behind lines to kill flutes n drums
there's just so much you can do here

Wave 70, despite it being very lengthy, is my favorite wave out of all. I like the rough start to a wave like this one (it makes it so you have to act immediately to get through it, also the boss part itself is a pain to get through). Loved this game as a whole, farmers are so OP 😂
I literally remember emailing the devs that I couldn’t play this game the first year it was unplayable and they said they don’t support old games I’m like oh well all good things come to an end they should remaster and add more lvls to make it more unique #BringbackGLUgames

I played this on my dad's laptop it was mine, but today, my uncle and dad are using it for work. I tried to find a way to download it but it's impossible unless it was downloaded. You could still play it. Good old memories

although it has a bit of a timer problem
when you upgrade your troops it takes time for the upgrade to actually finish, clash of clans style
if you can look past it, even if just for a bit, then the game can be pretty fun for a while
although you don't control a "samurai" of sorts, rather you basically shoot rocks at the enemies
