When I listened to certain tracks from SH I get grounded very zen like. People get sad on non sunny days, but not me. I love grey days, the foggy-er the better and even if it rains. It’s like a elements of nature blanket for the mind. Cruise control on the brain and let it wander. Low hanging clouds makes everything seem closer, it’s amazing to think about!
These tracks are the definition of "capturing the moment perfectly". All has gone to shit outside but when you get here, it's exactly that: a safe heaven, a momentary rest, peace in the storm. It's like yeah, I know I may not survive if I go out again but at least for now, I just need to lay down and rest.
Watching this on November 2nd. This has been the worst year of my life. Not a day I've woken up and not wanted to die at least once... But for right now, watching this... My mind is still. And I'm at peace for a while.

There's only two things you need to push through and do in this situation: keep the rent paid, and go see a doctor. You need to really _push,_ ok? You don't have to live this way, but you have to do something really hard to achieve that. Please keep trying.

Same here sad to admit the only peace I have in the week is on nights where I don’t have work in the morning and I’m barred out drifting into dreamland cause my problems are like there’s no solution no matter how hard I think then it keeps you up especially if trapped in job you hate
