Aspen Park MTB (Gaylord, Michigan)

This was our first stop on our "Marquette Has Our Attention" MTB road trip. As with all of my road trips, I always like to incorporate trails in between home and our destination as it has never made any sense to me why someone would drive by good trails to get to good trails and it's always nice to break up the drive. We always leave at stupid o'clock in the morning which allows us plenty of time for exploration and this was a fun, easy 8 km loop with directional arrows that eliminate the head scratching. I really appreciate that on a trail network as it makes the ride less enjoyable when you are constantly stopping to check trailforks. All sanctioned trails should be set up for the first time rider, not the local. I hope you enjoy this video and have the time to check out this trip from start to finish, it's a good one!
