This is great, but South Africa isn't just big cities. Eastern Cape and many rural areas around the country represent a great opportunity for development. To pull away people from those cities like Cape Town, JHB, Dbn, PTA, etc into rural areas. That will alleviate housing problem and spread the wealth around South Africa. Yes, I know PE (in EC) is doing great things, but there is a lot of opportunity in the interior of the country. Think of Las Vegas and how it is just like Aberdeen in EC (desert surrounded by mountains) and how can create cities like Vegas (with emphasis on other types of industries like manufacturing) across the country. Shacks, being the cancer of South Africa, could be resolved by development in rural areas.
