    I know I have enough UFD and water when I can run my hands through the section easy no friction, and when hair is weighed down and condensed. Awesome, thorough explanation I have a hard time explaining proper gel application.

      Thank you for watching, thank you for adding this comment because I think you did an awesome job explaining it. It was very difficult to articulate . I was trying to find the right words to explain my technique.

    Thank you for your description of saturation; your reference to oil was key. That made so much sense to me.

    You’re right the spray bottle doesn’t put out enough water. It’s almost 1yr since my detox and I’m getting better but still need improvement. Thanks for the video 😍

      You saying that makes it worthwhile making these videos. I try to make my videos based on what I struggled to find when I was trying to master my wash and go. So I am pleased that The video was helpful

    Great tutorial! I did my best wash and go last weekend and the way you described is exactly how my hair felt. My hair was slippery and smooth, I could hear the squishy sound and it wasn't dripping wet. If there were any strands that had a dry texture I added water and more gel until it felt slippery/smooth. I didn't know how to describe it but you did it perfectly.

    I use UFD gel and I use a spray bottle and my hair isn’t sticky. I leaned tho that I don’t like the continuous spray bottle! Give my the old school spray bottle and my hair is soaking wet

    • @rosieamelia5955
      @rosieamelia5955  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have a few continuous bottles and they are used for various things 😁! I still have one just in case I need it! I love doing everything in the shower though because afterwards all I have to do is rinse the shower and get under the dryer. Thank you Jessica for this information because not everyone desires to style inside the shower!

      Thank you for watching, I know Black girl curls did a live on this topic she explained several reasons why that is happening. The live should still be up on their Instagram page. I only had that problem the first time I used UFD and that was because I didn’t add enough water! I hope that was helpful.

    Great video! My hair gets so tangled with UFDCM. I apply on soaking wet hair in the shower (wet each section before application) but my hair gets so tangled all over. Do you think it's me not using enough water, or not enough product? I havent been redipping my hair jn water after applying the gel.

    • @rosieamelia5955
      @rosieamelia5955  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I know some people experience that similar scenario. So I no longer use gels without a leave in conditioner.
      Make sure the situation isn’t webbing or Velcro ends. I have found along with other women that this method ( no oils no butter) overtime damages the hair along with curly cuts. Please do your research so you don’t experience damage.

      @@rosieamelia5955 ♥️ Really appreciate your reply even though this is an older video. I still use products with oils and butters, just lower down the ingredients list. I've subbed and will check out your newer videos videos post-routine change.
