I love my Ocado but I wish they would make the print on the order form a bit bigger and/or stronger for us elderly folk with poor eyesight, please, please.

Could work for this guy. Genuine, modest, energetic, visionary, plain speaking. Got on board with a lucky punt at the right time. Now Ocado is delivering a future that I envisioned as a market need in the late 70s early 80s but how to partner with a large supermarket was the big question.

When your employees are one of the worst paid employees in the UK
When the payday rises of all ocado employees for one year is less than 10% of what tim steiner earned in one year
When 220 hours of holiday per year are cut down to 200
When for each 10 hours of holiday you get paid only 9 hours
When overtime is cut from 1,5 to 1,25
When bank holiday do not get paid
When your targets are getting raised continuously

Ocado is the worst company you can work for. Ultimate hard work, cheap labor and High expectations. Slave work.
