I remember FAS organised music conference on carnatic music in 21st century. Two days FAS concert proved that it is in safe hands of young vidwans and vidhushis. What quality music.
First time listening to the full concert of this great singer, Kudos, accolades and claps. Thanks for Vandinam muralum as a main piece, alapana, neraval and swarams. Thank you very much. Please include songs on mighty Shiva. Love the entire concert.
Again, another delightful concert from Sow. Rajagopal. Simhendra Madyamam is tops. It is such a great ragam and her rendering is simply amazing. Ninne Nammidhi by Mysore Vasudeva Chariyar is a great krithi and KVN used to sing this in many of his concerts. The Violin, Mridangam and Gatam are so well matched.
Enthralling all the way. Right from the start in Vasantha raagam till the concluding Madhyamavati the concert was riveting. Todi and Simmhendra madhyamam were the highlights. Ably supported by all the accompanying artists. Superb Nishaji.

Halleluiah! There is a change in Nisha’s singing! Nisha has a melodious voice. She is a real bangaroo in the Carnatic scene! All these years, I must say that I found her singing very sleepy and with low energy! This one is different! In 2020, it looks like she has changed - looks more energized than ever before- Ramachandram Bhavayami is using with a lot of Solid “pattu” and exquisite “kadanam”. VAndeenam, especially the neraval is full of enthusiasm and ecstasy like all those bees and peacocks! Karu Baru is just typical of Nisha of old days! Sleepy and sad! Unambiguously, SimHENDRA MADHYAMAM IS HER SPECIALITY in all her previous concerts. Her aalapana is just gorgeous! She sang ninne nammithinayya many times and it is always perfect! Paramapussh anuyamavam sakhi is new for me. Very nice! The abhang brought smile to her face. I wish she smiles more through the concert! This she sang with a lot of gusto and has a lot of fun. She got involved with the percussion more closely! Kattharul megha varna is very soothing! Rama Krishnanan, Sairam and Karthik accompanied so nicely and made this concert so lively!

Its really very very rare to see the whole hearted involvement of accompanying artists like this in concert. Especially the mrudangam player's body language nd facial expressions are commendable!
