I always liked Troutman when I lived in the Charlotte area. The gateway to Lake Norman State Park. I would love to move back there. Las Vegas sucks., hahah. Seriously. Go ECU!
Hi! Somehow I ended to watch this video. As living in the north of Sweden it is interesting to get this kind of views. One thing surprised me when watching all these fancy houses - there are no solar panels on the roofs! We ourself live in a house above the Polar Circle and have 33 solar panels that substantially decrease our electric bills. Hope all this great houses with plenty of sun on them soon will get solar panels. Greetings from north of Sweden Urpo Taskinen
Thank you for watching. I have been to Sweden. It’s Beautiful country. there are some homes with solar panels here and it is definitely catching on. Thank you so much for watching.
Hello, While there were slightly more monthly sales in previous years, Troutman continues to experience significant growth, with new communities still being actively developed.
Hi Thomas Historically Troutman and the Lake Norman area get one or two light snow accumulations per year. In the last two years there has been no (zero) accumulation of snow in this area. Every 3-4 years we have gotten a 4-6 inch accumulation storm. These accumulations usually are gone in a day or two because it is fairly warm during the days. I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out direct if you want to discuss anything in detail. (704) 412-9239
@@CharlotteLivingLifestyle thank you so much! We are moving to troutman and one last question: how far do we need to drive to see snow? Thank you so much.

Hello, would you still say that Troutman is booking? The housing seems to have cooled there a bit.
I meant "booming".

Do you have snow in Troutman NC?
