I have the same jet ski but I can’t seem to trust the glove box for my phone since I am always falling and flipping over any tips ?
The glove box has never opened on me before. Just make sure it’s closed. It does get wet though. I bought a new phone and it no longer fits in the glove box so I can’t even take my phone riding anymore

Yes 100%. Listening to music while riding makes it so much better. The speaker is also detachable and it floats too

2up or 3up which one to choose? 3up less fun compared to 2up?
Equally fun, I would go with the 3 up simply because you can fit 3 people, though it is tight.
