First time actually going through the whole thing and not quitting after 15-20 minutes. I was a little down before starting, but now I actually feel good about myself and my body and I can go about my day in a better mood.

Really enjoying this series! I have done the cardio workouts before as standalone days, but am now trying to do all 14 days in order (mixing in other exercise days in as well, like swimming and hiking). I really love that I can just put on one of these videos and not modify for pregnancy like I was doing with other workout videos! I'm 24 weeks now and hope to come back and repeat this series again as I get closer to birth (but potentially with lighter hand weights... we'll see!).

I am 19weeks now. I feel perfectly challenged and am very grateful that the exercises still take into account that we pregnant ladies have a higher heartbeat, so we need slower but more forceful movements and a lot of water breaks. You did an amazing job, thank you very much.

I think these videos are perfect for the pre-pregnancy moderately active person. Maybe if you are like a marathoner these might not be enough for you, but I think for the average exerciser who did a little yoga, pilates and HIIT per week, this is perfect. As others have said, they actually are work, not just a bunch of stretching, but they're achievable considering pregnancy bump, fatigue and physiology. I really like the video set up which shows both the timer and a little preview of the next exercise. This allows me to watch TV while also following the video. I'm 17 weeks for reference and was moderately active prior to preggo.
I really enjoyed yesterday so I was hopeful but not sure about whether the next video would be as good, but it was great! Really good pacing, intensity, music and modifications for me at 27 weeks (I definitely find my bump getting in the way now and need to widen my legs in some moves!) I'm really excited to keep going with this challenge and to restart it again in 2 weeks hopefully!
Day 2 was super easy...barely an inconvenience!! I really like how you mentioned 'this is similar to what a contraction might feel like, so hang in there' really gave me the motivation to stick it out, and calmed some fear I have as a FTM about the pain. (If I can breathe through this clearly I can breathe this baby out!) I also found some absolute gems for my outer hips, which have been stiff for ages (and weirdly enough makes some upper body floor work basically impossible)

Fitness is very important to me, and thus far throughout my pregnancy I've been able to continue my routine, just modifying any moves that may be unsafe, and keeping things low impact. 33 week pregnant and decided to stop my jogging session as it was getting tougher with tummy weight, leg cramps & shortness of breathe. Such a great alternative to keep active and still getting the heart rate up. Thanks for this and will be aiming at completing the 14days challenge!

really love leg days. but starting to workout again after a break of 6 weeks due to several reasons. day 1 was tough for me. 21 weeks as of yesterday. really looking forward to settling down in my workout routine again. these workouts are the perfect length and intensity! I don't have bands but will try to use dumbbells when I can and engage my muscles.
Omg this workout was pretty challenging for me as I was not active at all pre pregnancy and am now 21 weeks and have been trying to build muscle and endurance. I am happy to say I got through almost all of this except a few lunges as those are very difficult for me to do.

25 weeks and I'm trying to get back to working out. I did the cardio day 1 yesterday and some of it kicked my butt however I felt really good after and of course had all this extra energy! I plan to do this one later today. recently I lost all my motivation to workout but I HAVE to keep going!

Really good question! We don't want to overdo kegels because that can cause a tight pelvic floor. BUT we want a strong and well functioning pelvic floor. The key is often to include exercises and ADD stretches and lengthening of the pelvic floor between. This video is helpful th-cam.com/video/1n2p0Ha9Yng/w-d-xo.html Unless you have. a tight pelvic floor or another condition, I would start pelvic floor exercises early and then rest and stretch the last few weeks of pregnancy. If you aren't sure, a pelvic floor physical therapist can give you individual advice :)

Thank you! I started your videos few days ago, I am 19 weeks pregnant now, I love them! I have a question: should I start with the pelvic floor exercices? someone told me is better to start later since it's not good getting there too fit...!
Really good question! We don't want to overdo kegels because that can cause a tight pelvic floor. BUT we want a strong and well functioning pelvic floor. The key is often to include exercises and ADD stretches and lengthening of the pelvic floor between. This video is helpful th-cam.com/video/1n2p0Ha9Yng/w-d-xo.html Unless you have. a tight pelvic floor or another condition, I would start pelvic floor exercises early and then rest and stretch the last few weeks of pregnancy. If you aren't sure, a pelvic floor physical therapist can give you individual advice :)
