The duration depends on one's latitude. At 30 degrees latitude it takes 48 hours to make one rotation of 360 degrees. Only at the north or south pole do you get one rotation in a 24 hour day.

I've looked into dozens of pendulums with different properties and made some very interesting discoveries. It has a brass surface with an iron core tending towards the magnetic meridian, also a small electromagnetic ferromagnet which occasionally gives a push to make the pendulum swing indefinitely, a so-called Charron ring to eliminate the non-uniform variances in the plane of oscillation and last but not least, no one has considered that in physics a ball tends most of all to produce a circular motion and the weight of the ball makes a difference too. Its is important to also note the strong electromagnetic field of the earth. Et voila, a pendulum seemingly swinging with the rotation of the earth, in a closed frame. And why do people think the earth rotates? cause the pendulum is seemingly swinging with the rotation of the earth! It is always said that the earth would rotate below the pendulum, most people dont even question it, but it could just as well be, that it is the pendulum swinging above the earth. There is no logical point in preferring one conclusion to the other, thats called deception. Did you ever see a crane starting to swing on its own and not able to stop? or did you ever see a plane or a helicopter that had to take coriolis force into account? I did not. If that simple fact doesnt apply to big things, why should it apply to a little pendulum? Another vital point is the Allais effect, that states that during solar eclipses, the sun's emitted electromagnetism creates noticeable disturbances in the vibrational plane. Furthermore, without Charronring, you couldn't just use what's not permanent in favor of, or against, a given sentence, because then you put the cart before the horse and violate honest investigative laws. It will not start to swing on its own and will stop eventually, cause we stand still. I would ask that you set up a handful of Foucault pendulums, preferably on a smaller scale than the Pantheon, without a Charron ring but otherwise with exactly the same specifications, in the exact same place and then realize, since you will get many different and inconsistent results, the pendulum does not work. The plane of vibration is not stable without a Charron ring and the ring is a crafted mechanism to make it appear as if it vibrates with the rotation of the earth in the first place. The ball now provides the circular movement, because that is a physical law. The longer a pendulum is, the longer it can swing without an electromagnetic drive, but after that it's over! Thats why Leon Foucault chose the Pantheon with a 67 M long thread. He was a member of the Hermetic Secret Society of the Rosicrucians, and therefore a Liar and a Thief, cause he was not the first discoverer of the fact that the plane of oscillation of the free pendulum is invariable; but that the honor of discovery is due to Poinsinet de Sivry, who in 1782, stated, in a note to his translation of Pliny, that a mariners compass might be constructed without a magnet, by making a pendulum and setting it in motion in a given direction; because, provided the motion were continually kept up, the pendulum would continue to oscillate in the same direction, no matter by how many points, or how often the ship might happen to change its course. It is pointless to further discuss whether the pendulum works or not, as it is a magicians trick. Here's something else to think about: Another obvious proof is rather more simple and that is time zones and magnetic declination, there are in fact 19 time zones in the north of the equator and 32 south of the equator. Which makes no sense at all on a globe divided into 24 longitudinal sections.

I dare any globe dreamers to answer these:
      1. If sun is 93 million miles away, then we should feel the same scorching heat in the morning and in the noon, but why there's huge difference in heat between noon and morning-evening? Why light intensity of the sun becomes magnitude higher in the noon?
      2. If sun is burning, where is the smoke?
      3. Vacuum cannot conduct heat as there's no molecules, so how sun's heat is traveling 93 million miles wide vacuum to reach here?
      4. Magnets lose magnetism when heated up, then how your ball earth's inner core burning for billions of years at extreme temperature and yet doesn't lose its magnetism? Compass still works.
      5. If satellites are real, then some countries that have satellite TV dish antennas on top of houses should point straight up 90°, but why all TV antennas in all countries always point sideways?
      6. Point your finger at the direction in which your computer ball earth is flying at 800,000 kmph speed as you read this, can you?
      7. Winter when sun is closer and summer when sun is farther? How? Tilt of the earth? It's sphere anyway regardless of tilting according to you.
      8. If space expanding and things are red shifting and moving away from one another then how will andromeda and milky way collide ?
      9. Why there are no stars in those earth images allegedly taken from space?
      10. During 2017 american total eclipse, why moon's shadow went from west to east? It's supposed to go from east to west.
      11. Rail roads are laid flat for thousands of KM, they are not curved. This proves earth is flat.
