Love your food storage! We too had the same problem during Covid! Thanks to our small food storage, it has sustained us during times of unemployment, deaths and illness. My goal is to live without a grocery store for a year! Love your bins from Azure!

I pretty much freeze all dry goods- nuts, seeds, grains etc. I haven't done the beans though. The pantry moths were awful, so I would freeze it all. The only bad experience we've had is keeping our salt in the pantry at 45°. Turned into a rock 🤦🏻♀️
Would love to preserve food like that but the electric would be far to high. Also your cold room is the size of our whole house. But we would have it no other way.
I completely understand. This was our first summer running it and I was a bit shocked when our July and August bills came in. Granted it was only $30 higher than previous summers, it still hurt. We live small compared to most people too, so I get it! GREAT job doing you 💛
