I have a graphing calculator but not sure how to graph the exponential...I sometimes don't trust myself plotting points by hand because I get confused since some values are very small.
So, to plot a rational function, we would have to find and plot the x and y values until we find the intercepts and plug those into a function for the asymptotes?
ur vertical line is on line 2 on the right side of the graph... and 16/7=2.28 I'll round of to 2.30 why ur point seems on close to the 4th line on the left side? aren't we suppose to plot it on the -2 up mid way?

when you substituted -4 for f(x) it was equal to approx 2.9 right? that’s where I got confused. why did you plot the 2.9 at that point on the graph.
