Goiliang is a small village located in Goiliang Circle near to China Border of Anjaw district, It's approx 26 km from Hayuliang.
As per constitution of India and Panchyati Raaj Act, Goiliang H.Q. village is administrated by Sarpanch (Head of Village) who is elected representative of village. The village is inhabited by Mishmi tribe of Arunachal Pradesh. It's such a beautiful place cover by huge mountain, vast river, beautiful environment and good hospitality by the villager towards outsider.
