- Congratulations to JP team UNNAMED_ for their world first 'kill the boss from space' clear of The Omega Protocol Ultimate! Taking everyone by surprise as they were not streaming and being a whole phase ahead (Phase 6) at the time of their world first 'summon an AC-130 to kill omega' clear. Here's Arthars' reaction to the 'this group isn't gonna recover from this' clear!

@@wildman274 Eh there is no higher authority to "disqualify" someone's clear, this is all community driven if anything. They still got the valid clear, but the DRG who had 3rd party tools will prob be banned. The same thing happened with the prior world firsts too when it was discovered there were 3rd party tools used, this isn't new.

@@georgeallison6528 It's really not the same, people did bring this up before, cactbot calls faster than a human by default, the guy calling is playing with them, it's not an external source or anything, it's literally not equivalent or the same, since even the shotcaller can mess up the call... catctbot will never be wrong lol
@@imilkynote Yea, but yoship calls a calculator a 3rd party program, even though you also need to add the number manually. So, it's not really that different. Besides, they need to figure out the mech first to be able to properly edit the strings of the cactbot for the clear.

Now I know a lot of specuwation has been going awwound about "mods" being used in owdew to get that view but I can confiwm that it was actually me who was getting the shot for wem as theiw 15th membew. It was wweally hawd to get the timing wight as moving in a space ship is wwather slow I had to make sure the wwwusters wewwent cooked up supew high so i could captuwe that footage

For me, world race still going. Its like having an Olympic rowing team, or relay race team with 1 person taking performance enhancing drugs, whole team is dq'd. Also, "streaming is a huge disadvantage" lol. Any top player/party that doesn't stream will now assumed to be an automatic cheater bc of people like this.

@@ConformistOwl I day 1 raid in destiny here encounters are much easier to resolve... so generally everyone who runs it is done in 2 days... me and my team is no where near skilled enough to compete with worlds first raiders... yet... we watch a stream to know the encounter and w catchup right up to them... now guess players much more skilled the my group can do in span of a week with info of the top team

I just didn't want it to be of the "we gotta win first" variety, but that's all I can think of other than if your machine was bad enough streaming actually increases input delay or something.

something similar happened way back in world 1st 2nd coil where the winning teams used a cheat to avoid getting hit by a few mechanics. They lost their win and order of blue garter (1st team that cleared it legit got the credit).

You can go to the extreme weapons vendor in radz to see them in game without unlocking the fight.
