If the information is correct here I make Mozart at 14 years of age when he wrote this. Haydn is always credited as being the Father of symphony though I have never listened to his early numbers as Mozart until recently. Comparing the age and progress of the two up to number 10 I'd say Mozart has the edge on Haydn and he was his predecessor too.
