Heaven... We never had a dog growing up. I used to pass an old red setter every day going to school then at lunch time and home time and she was always out waiting for me and I used to cuddle and pet her every day. Then one day she wasn't there. I have never told anyone about this relationship and how I've always wanted a red setter like her/him. Maybe one day I'll have the space.
I grew up with an Irish Setter, what a wonderful dog she was. Watching yours run reminds me of the one I had a child. She seemed to limitless energy and was always up to play, let be run along side a bicycle, chase a ball, or a Frisbee, she just wanted to play, and didn't have a mean bone in her body.
we have in our family in Canada a beautiful boy named Lio who is now 2 years old. He is adorable and so affectionate. We call him the red devil. His energy and his relationship with humans are remarkable 😉
I'm litter B, so my name had to start with this letter. My Daddy loves Norse mythology, so he named me after the god Baldur, son of Odin. King because I was born as an only pup and Mirelionne is my breeding station.
Beautiful dog, I admire it. And I have an English setter, they are so similar. Respect for you that you care so much about your dog, she is lucky to have such an owner. And many dogs without an owner suffer. Although the first task that Jehovah God gave to the first human couple, Adam and Eve, was to observe and care for animals. But now it’s the other way around, many animals suffer at the hands of humans. God will soon put an end to this, destroy all evil from the planet. Very soon a happy, heavenly time will come, under the control of Jesus Christ, sorrow, illness, war and death will disappear (Revelation 21: 3,4). It will become easier for both animals and people.
Well, it's hard to say when it's appropriate to start. Puppies are in development and we have to pay attention to the bones. I am not 100% sure but I suppose we started around 1,5 years old. Loved it instantly❤
There are a lot of videos on YT of mountain bike riders and their trail dogs. Some of them give some basic instruction of how to train the dog. Most of them recommend starting towards a year old, too early and their joints can suffer from impacts etc. Just do a youtube search of 'trail dogs' and sit back for a fantastic time

When I read of all these dog attacks, I remember how my Irish Setter almost killed a little girl once! With kindness...
