Hellow hoa, im glad you made this video, I grew up in walthamstow, and since i took up sewing i have told every one i meet on and off line about the market. So i know the place very well. I have eight crates of fabric in the attic, all from walthamstow, i never buy on line. Its a shame that there are no pattern shops just haberdasheries.

Wow thanks for sharing that with me. Honestly I make my own patterns and if you haven't told me.i wouldn't have known that the haberdashery don't sell clothes pattern. Check William Gee and dalston meal.i know few Frthat bought from them then in 2017 if they still sell

I went to a warehouse in Silvertown E16 called Thrift factory Kilo sale !!
They had a massive selection you could spend a whole day there.
They only allow some people to pick and choose as they are really exporting mostly. but They also do events , thrift factory £10 per kilo
You need a strong back to go through the clothes as mostly in cages and trollies.
But it was worth it as many where Brand new with Tags

The shop that you are in - Ribbons - has closed but have relocated next to NEW FABRIC SHOP which is next to the sue ryder charity shop.
There is also a haberdashery opposite called Hassans, he is cheaper than ribbons.
