You corrected that spot with a micron... markers and pens ink will get absorbed by the skin-tone plastic, making it look like bruised (purpleish) with time I reccomend using an acrylic paint like Testors or Citadel, never correct paint with markers or pen...
Dunking the useless goddess into hot water is peak Konosuba right there... Btw, you can cut off bits of the runner those joints come on, dissolve them in Mr Cement S or MEK to make a plastic putty to coat the pegs if they are too thin.
this happened to my megumin figure, that's the solution I did. I drilled a small hole with the pin vise on both ends and stuck a small piece of metal then used super glue to keep them in place.

Which based off my experience with their QC would not surprise me... Any who. I have an idea about getting pegs out of slots. You may have already tried this. And I am no expert by any means. I have repaired a few. But nothing like yourself. Anyway what about taking something like a sharp tac. Or better yet a sharp needle. Like one of the needles with the little ball at the end. Or maybe better called a pin? Putting a little super glue on the tip. Then pushing it / hammering it into the stuck peg. Let it dry. Then pull it out? Would that possibly work? that megumi staff could be fixed with a pin vice and a small iron rod and glue some gunpla tricks for you xD
agreed, that is the best permanent fix. Also, a foredom drill is a great investment.

wow. I tried the Iron Man switch. his Shoulder peg for the arm just ripped/stretched off. on his right arm... so now mine is fcked up :(

You can replace the peg with a screw. It will work just fine if you find a screw with the right thickness. Cut of the end with some tool.
