- Author Tom Bower joins Sunrise Live. Meghan Markle has been warned not to pursue legal action over a bombshell new book filled with damning allegations. "Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War between the Windsors" reveals shocking new claims about the rift in relationships between the Sussexes and other members of the Royal family. Author Tom Bower says he interviewed over 80 sources for the unofficial biography but it was "difficult" to track down anyone who would talk about Meghan in a positive light.

As an American, I never heard of Meghan or Suits until she was engaged to marry Harry.

She's from Toronto, which is where Suits was filmed. It was only a couple of years and ONLY a cable show. Most of us Canadians haven't ever seen it either LOL. Dang, just looked it up. Apparently it was on air for 9 years. Gawd some people are real morons, aren't they?

As a black English woman, I abhor the weak, low lives who use racism as an excuse for their own shortcomings. Just look at the crowds on Meghan's wedding day. No racism there. Thousands and thousands of happy, excited people delighted at the idea that Meghan would soon be part of our RF. We did assume she'd done her due diligence and that she knew The Firm had a hierarchy and that everyone had to support the Queen, dress appropriately and above all, never ever make political statements.
Oh I'm sure MM did her research. She's lying , she knew what she was getn into. She was hoping to be elevated to Princess Diana status. Diana did her own manipulation in the RF. Playing the hurt victim card n speaking out against the RF. In that reguard she is exactly like her. But Diana was also so genuine in her Royal duties w/ genuine love n concern and compassion n sympathy for everyone that you couldnt help but love her. M has none of that. Once she realized it was never gona be all about her she was outa there. Diana even in her pain traveled all over the world 🌎 and supported causes for mankind. H n M only support their cause.

However, his grandmother misjudged his lack of ethics and twisted character, and likely hoped that she could assist him in turning his life around. Ultimately, she blamed his wife...more than Harry, because she could not suffer the pain of seeing him as he really is, and always was...Though her husband, Harry's grandfather, was wise to him before his death.
Very tragic story of human pathology, i.e., Harry's...alcoholism, drug use, avarice, and covert resentments and envy that built over decades, without a desire to work hard, consistently, and taking the hedonistic, dishonest, path in almost everything..

I loved Oprah when she started her show and never missed an episode. I thought she was awesome and such a great role model for all . I don't know exactly what changed her or why but I think she walked away from God and walked into some crazy spiritual new age stuff. What a waste of the gifts God had given her . Now she just another rich celebrity imo and I lost respect but it saddened me because I think she could have really been another mother Theresa in a different way. I guess that sounds weird. 🤷♀️

Tom Bower is great, he always researches everything very, very thoroughly before he puts anything in a book. It is always a truthful, well researched book and a pleasure to read. Harry’s wife has a very sordid past: at least 2 ex husbands, time entertaining men on expensive yachts, allegations of prostitution, abuse of family members etc, etc. I believe that the Royal Family had her investigated for security purposes but didn’t want a public row with their very spoiled grandson, son and brother if he didn’t get his way. I wonder if he has buyers remorse yet or is he determined to “show them”. “Pride goeth before the fall” certainly describes this situation. It’s too bad that he has burned so many bridges and gravely hurt his family and lost the trust of the British and American people. The whole mess is a train wreck. It’s true that a wife can either make or break her husband. Everyone has seen or knows someone who has seen one partner in a marriage destroy the other. So many lies make it hard to trust a disgraceful woman like Megan.

I seen this on news when she decided to CRASH that wedding reception. It showed Harry’s face when the evil one appeared there. MM sat at the same table but not before she ordered the waiter for a drink. Harry was conversing with a female friend and MM sat across from her and kept staring at this lady friend. There is a photo of this. Too bad Harry was dumb enough to buy what MM said and that is when she was alone with Harry to say she was pregnant ( which was a lie , but she had to act very fast for she knew Harry wanted to break up with her).

I subscribed to BRIT BOX since it has been available here in the USA., as I have always preferred British shows, series, comedies, etc. I have commented to many people years ago how much the British programs and movies are SO MUCH more progressive (regarding multi cultural relations and relationships) were in all shows. It was very refreshing as that was not the norm. here in the U.S. I DO NOT FOR A MOMENT BELIEVE THERE IS RACISM IN THE MONARCHY.

The truth does come across as low blows to people that detest negative reporting even when it’s the truth

I grew up in Ireland. Predominantly white country. Racism we encountered was from the UK based on nationality and religion rather than skin colour. We'd seen skin colour racism in documentaries and films. One case stood out ...that of James Byrd Jr was most horrific. He was a black man who was murdered by three evil white men in a horrific manner in the 90s. I was about 17 at the time. I found it incomprehensible, evil, upsetting. It haunts me to this day when i think of racism. Sickening. Now racism can be anything from name calling to violence. But anyone who pulls a race card is truely low life in my book. There are people who suffer greatly and she just didnt. Shes an ego maniac and a liar. Shame on her.

I believe one of Mr Bower's motivations for writing this book was to defend the BRF when they could not defend themselves. The BRF owes him a great deal of gratitude. Linda Exacty! And it’s perhaps because of Bowers book the Queen didn’t release the bullying findings - perhaps the BRF knew or were hoping Bower would mention some / a lot of it in his book. In her talk shows, normally she would challenge her guests statements or ask probing questions sometimes bordering on interrogation but that interview was weird. I think everything in the interview was planned - the questions were probably written by Oprah and the Sussexes together, answers were rehearsed and, if it didn’t come across the Sussexes wanted, they probably rewrote the response and recorded again. Oprah didn't ask any follow-up questions because she was 100% on board with selling the whole victim narrative.
I think Oprah was probably surprised that people took to social media and called out the lies. It made her look like a fool for not doing her research.

Everytime I see it, I cringe when the scene of Meghan telling Oprah that her baby's coloring was a point of discussion while she was pregnant - and Oprah's feigned shock that such a discussion occurred. Give me a break; that is the kind of discussion that could be heard in any family about any pregnancy. I was very close to a Mexican family, and when one of the nieces was pregnant by a young Mexican man who was/is quite a bit darker, the ladies in the family were discussing how dark the baby might be. All in the same culture. Oprah, you can't pretend that would have been a racist conversation, if it even occured at all. Just more of Meghan's victimhood rantings.

At the time of their marriage, I was just thrilled that Harry had met "the one". The Oprah interview stopped my enthusiasm. Meghan reminds me of an employee I once inherited. She was sweetness and light to my face, but vicious and mean behind my back. She caused a lot of stress & upset amongst my staff. Had a long chat with her and made my feelings clear. Òne month later I fired her, the only time in my career I've done so. She spread a rumour that my little toddler daughter was being abused by my "boyfriend" (my daughter never visited my office & I didn't have a boyfriend on the side). Meghan thought she was some Hollywood star & would be adored. However, the British Royal Family is more famous and more elite than any American actress.
