The Road to Cataloochee Valley

Just took the drive this week 10/2022. Took the long way in and followed the short route out to pavement! Worth the drive to see the elk in Cataloochee.

Thanks for posting this. There are some of us that are pulling horse trailers and needed to see what we were in for or if we could even get our rig around some of these curves. You saved us a 6 hour trip to check out the terrain.

LOL there are lots of people going to Cataloochee Valley pulling 5th wheels, horse trails, etc...…. and they have no problems at all

ok, so put a GpPro on your car and you drive the posted speed limit and come back at me with how fast it looks like you are driving. Also, if you see someone behind your slow self then you need to pull over!!! it's called curtesy

LOL funny cause the posted speed limit is 35 and I was only doing 20 to 25 so I guess you are one of those people who will go less than 5mph and not get out of other drivers way and you have traffic backed up to 15+ cars
